Why hello there, why don't you take a seat over there.
I thought I would start a blog so I can share what I have been doing/am going to do/insert other tense/ in regards to the magical creation of beer.
I figured I have been spending far too much money on buying nice beer. So I though that I should take a stab at making something that loosely resembles beer, is drinkable, and as an added bonus, might even taste good.
All according to plan, I will hopefully be able to produce a new batch of beer every fortnight. I'll try my best to post all the recipes of the beers I make, and once they are ready I'll try to add some notes on whether they get a yay or nay. I'll try post any interesting findings that I come across along my way.
